It was with sadness we learned of the death today, Friday 4th October 2019, of Mr Peter O’Grady, Piercetown and formerly Clongour, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Predeceased by his parents Gerry and Moira; Mr O’Grady passed away peacefully, following a short illness, borne with great fortitude, while surrounded by his loving family.
His passing is most deeply regretted by his devoted wife Ann; sons Sam and Mathew; daughters Kate and Ruth; adored grand-children Amelia, Ellie and Aaron; brothers and sisters John, Michael, Anthony, Gerard, Anne, Joseph, Edmond and Marette; brothers in law; sisters in law; cousins; uncles; aunts; parents in law; nephews; nieces; colleagues at the Community Hospital of the Assumption, Thurles; neighbours and friends.
Funeral Arrangements
The body of Mr O’Grady will lie in repose at Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles, on Sunday, October 6th, from 4:00pm to 6:00pm.
Funeral Service in Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home on Monday October 7th, at 12:00 noon, followed by interment immediately afterwards in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Moyne Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
