It is with sadness that we report the death today, Tuesday 16th April 2019, of Mr Edward Purcell, St. Patrick’s Terrace, The Commons, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Predeceased by his parents, sister and brother; Mr Purcell passed away peacefully at his residence.
His passing is most deeply regretted by his loving brothers John, Michael and Gerry; sisters Lelia, Noreen, Alice, Teresa and Martha; uncle; brothers-in-law; nephews; nieces; extended relatives, neighbours and large circle of friends.
Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mr Purcell will lie in repose at Egan’s Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Thurles, on tomorrow evening, Wednesday, April 17th, from 5.00pm with removal at 7.00pm to the Church of the Assumption, Ballingarry (SR), to arrive at 7.30pm.
Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday at 12.00 noon, followed by interment in the Old Churchyard, Ballingarry.
