It it with sadness that we learned of the death today, Friday 25th January 2019, of Mr Nicholas (Claus) De Veale Dundrum, Co. Dublin and formerly Holycross, Thurles, Co. Tipperary .
Mr De Veale passed away peacefully, following a short illness and while in the care of the Staff at St. James Hospital, James’s Street North, Ushers, Dublin, Co. Dublin.
Predeceased by his sisters Noirín and Eibhlin and his brother (Fr) Liam; his passing is most deeply regretted by his loving wife Helen; sons Liam, Brian and Mícheál; his treasured daughter Máirín; daughter-in-law Karen; his adored grandchildren Matthew, Thomas and Stephen; brother Tomás and wife Margaret; sister Mairéad and husband Pat; brothers-in-law; sisters-in-law; nieces; nephews; cousins; extended relatives; neighbours and a large circle of friends.
Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mr De Veale will lie in repose at the Larry Massey Funeral Home, Eden Centre, Grange Road, Rathfarnham, Dublin on Sunday evening, January 27th, from 6.00pm to 8.00pm.
Removal will take place on Monday morning to the Church of the Holy Cross, No.14 Main Street, Dundrum, Co. Dublin, to arrive for 10.30am Mass, followed immediately afterwards by interment to Mount Venus Cemetery.
