It is with great sadness we learned of the death today, Monday 19th March 2018, of Mrs Margaret (Peg) Ely (née Taylor), Cooleeney, Moyne, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Pre-deceased by her husband Tom; Mrs Ely passed away peacefully while in the loving care of Padre Pio Nursing Home, Holycross, Thurles.
Her passing is most deeply regretted by her loving daughters Eileen, Margaret and Joan; sons Martin and Gerard; sons-in-law; daughters-in-law; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; brothers; sister; sisters-in-law; brother-in-law; nephews; nieces; extended relatives and friends.
Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mrs Ely will lie in repose in Grey’s Funeral Home, Kiltillane, Templemore, tomorrow evening, Tuesday, from 5.30pm to 7.30pm.
Removal willtake place on Wednesday morning to the Church of St. Mary, Moyne, Thurles, for Requiem Mass at 11.30am, followed immediately afterwards by interment in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Moyne, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
