It is with great sadness we learned of the death today, Thursday 12th October 2017, of Mrs Johanna (Josie) Corcoran (née Doheny) No.4, Castle Park, Two Mile Borris, Thurles, Co. Tipperary; Boula, Ballingarry, Thurles, Co. Tipperary, and Nurney, Co. Kildare.
Predeceased by her husband Eamon and her son Pat; Mrs Corcoran passed away peacefully, while in the loving care of the Staff at the Sacred Heart Nursing Home, Crosspatrick, Johnstown, Co. Kilkenny.
Her passing is most deeply regretted by her son Gerard; brothers Dan and Tony; sisters-in-law; brother-in-law; nieces; nephews; extended relatives and a wide circle of friends.
Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mrs Corcoran will repose at Doyle’s Funeral Home, Urlingford, Co Kilkenny, on Friday evening from 6.00pm until 8.00pm.
Removal will take place on Saturday morning to the Church of St. James, Two-Mile-Borris, Thurles, to arrive for Requiem Mass at 11.30am. Interment will take place in St. Brigid’s Cemetery, Nurney, Co. Kildare, at approximately 3.00pm.
