Thurles Deaths November 17th 2015

O’SHEA

deathIt was with sadness we learned of the death yesterday, Tuesday 17th November 2015, of Mr Patrick (Pat) O’Shea, Park View Drive, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Predeceased by his brothers Kevin and Dermot and sisters Eileen and Kathleen (Doyle), the passing of Mr O’Shea is most deeply regretted by his wife Eilish (nee Ward), sons Seamus, Kevin, Donal and Colm, daughters Deirdre and Eileen, brother Michael, sisters Breda (Curran), Doreen, Joan (Butler), Mary Teresa and Margaret (McGrath), grandchildren, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends.

Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mr O’Shea will repose at Egans’ Funeral Home on today Wednesday, November 18th, from 5:30pm to 7:30pm arriving at the Cathedral of the Assumption, Thurles at 8:00pm.

Requiem Mass will take place on Thursday at 11:00am, with burial immediately afterwards in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Moyne Rd., Thurles.

Note: Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the Community Hospital of the Assumption, Thurles, Co.Tipperary.

O’MEARA

deathIt was with sadness we learned of the death yesterday, Tuesday 17th November 2015, of Mr John O’Meara, Ballygemmane, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Predeceased by his daughter Annastatia, Mr O’Meara passed away peacefully at his home while in the loving care of his family. His passing is most deeply regretted by his loving wife Kay, family Paul, Marie, Mark, Alan and Catherine, grandchildren, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, brothers, sisters, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends.

Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mr O’Meara will repose this evening, Wednesday, at Kennedys Funeral Home, Upper Kickham Street, Dublin Road, Thurles, from 3:00pm to 6:00pm,  to arrive at the Cathedral of the Assumption at 6:45pm.

Requiem Mass will take place on Thursday at 1:15 pm, followed by burial immediately afterwards in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Moyne Rd., Thurles.

Note: Family flowers only, donations if desired to the Hospice Movement.
