With all the bad news and power wrestling we had to digest today, its nice to discover at least one ray of sunshine in our midst.
Centenary Thurles Co-Op are running, only until the end of this month or while stocks last a Fuel Extra Special Offer from their yard on the Templemore Road, out of Thurles Town.

Five 40kg size Bags of premium Polish coal for just €68.00 – equal to €13.60 per bag. (If my calculator is correct.)
Five bales of Briquettes for just €17.00 – equal to €3.40 per bale.
From our research this is the cheapest quality premium coal price currently available in County Tipperary.
Do be aware that 40kg size Bags of coal trading under the name of “Black Gold ” are out and about for sale at €13.00 a bag, but take my word for it, we have tested same and regard it as inferior and very poor value for money.
Sale is subject to cash and must be collected, so borrow that car trailer or grab the wheel barrow and make the trip while these stocks last.
