It was with great sadness we learned of the death yesterday, Sunday 25th June 2017, of Mr Phil Cooney, No.5 St. Bridget’s Terrace, Littleton, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
The passing of Mr Cooney is most deeply regretted by his loving wife Margaret; sons Andy and Noel; daughters Alice, Kay, Marie and Elizabeth; brother Joe; sisters Kitty, Nellie and Mary; sons-in-law; daughters-in-law; brothers-in-law; sisters-in-law; grand-children; great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; extended relatives and friends.
Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mr Cooney will repose at Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles, from 4.00pm – 7.30pm on tomorrow Tuesday, June 27th, to arrive later at the Church of Our Lady & St. Kevin, Littleton, (R639) Thurles at 8.15pm.
Requiem Mass will take place on Wednesday at 11.30am, followed by interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
