Poetry extract by author: Yvonne O’Connor, (Mary Blyth).

“There’s a tower, a church, a winding street, in a village far away.
Where my loved ones, in a small green plot, await their final day;
There’s a name upon a register, in the church of grey limestone,
Claiming me as one of theirs, in the parish of Shinrone”.
