Tipperary ICSA & IFA Call For Laws To Identify Killer Dogs

The Tipperary Irish Cattle and Sheep Farmers Association (ICSA) & The Irish Farmers Association (IFA) have both called for the introduction of compulsory micro-chipping of dogs & where necessary forensic testing.
