It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, today Saturday, 8th April 2023, of Mr Joe Ryan, Lanespark, Ballynonty, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and late of Kilsheelan, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary

Pre-deceased by his brother Christie; the passing of Mr Ryan is most deeply regretted by his wife Delia, children TJ, David, Alan and Deirdre, son-in-law Paul, daughters-in-law Mary, Elizabeth and Averil, grandsons Nathan and Louis, brothers and sisters Seams, Pat, Liam, Eileen, Maureen, Dennis, Michael and Margaret, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Funeral Arrangements.

The earthly remains of Mr Ryan will repose at O’Connell’s Funeral Home, Killenaule, Thurles, on Easter Sunday afternoon from 5:00pm until 7:00pm same evening.
His remains will be received into the Church of St. Mary, Bailey Street, Killenaule, Thurles on Monday morning, at 11:15am, to further repose for Requiem Mass at 11:30am, followed by interment immediately afterwards in Crosscannon Cemetery, Killenaule, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Death Of Joe Ryan, Formerly Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with a great sadness that we learned of the death today, Friday 20th May 2022, of Mr Joe Ryan, Rathfarnham, Dublin and formerly of Loughisle, Kilcommon, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by his parents Martin and Winifred Ryan, brothers Martin, John, Michael, Larry and Dan; Mr Ryan passed away peacefully, while in the care of staff at the Beacon Hospital, Beacon Court, Bracken Road, Sandyford Business Park, Sandyford, Dublin 18.

His passing is most deeply regretted by his loving wife Nora, brothers Christy (Loughisle and Milbrae Lodge Nursing Home), sisters Sheila (Rostrevor), Anne (Dublin) and Mary (London), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, (especially Brenda), grandnephews, grandnieces, cousins, extended relatives, neighbours in Rathfarnham and Kilcommon and friends.

Funeral Arrangements.

The earthly remains of Mr Ryan will repose at his home in Dublin tomorrow evening, Saturday, May 21st, from 4:00pm to 7:00pm.
His body will further repose on Sunday evening at J&S McCormack’s Funeral Home, Kilcommon, Thurles, from 6:00pm, before being received into St. Patrick’s Church, Castle Quarter, Kilcommon, Thurles at 8:00pm.

Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Monday morning, May 23rd, at 11:30am, followed by interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining graveyard.

For the many persons who would have liked to have attended the funeral service for Mr Ryan, but due to distance or ill health are unable to do so, same can be viewed online HERE.

Death Of Joe Ryan, Thurles, Co. Tipperary

It was with sadness that we learned of the death yesterday, Thursday 13th February 2020, of Mr Joe Ryan, Kyleadoher, Mullinahone, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Mr Ryan passed away peacefully, while in the care of the staff at St. Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny City, Co Kilkenny; following an illness most bravely borne.

His passing is most deeply regretted by his loving wife Breeda; sons Derek, Alan and Niall; daughters-in-law Melissa, Narelle and Anne; grandchildren Joe, Amy, Lauren, Ailish, Oliver, Lucy and Killian; brothers Noel and Ray; sisters Ursula and Irene; sisters-in-law Maureen, Mel and Betty; brothers-in-law Billy, Ger, Connie and Michael; aunts Ursula and Sr. Clare; uncle Joe, nieces and nephews; extended relatives; neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Funeral Arrangements

The earthly remains of Mr Ryan will lie in repose at Bretts Funeral Home, Mullinahone (E41 XK29) on Friday, February 14th, from 5.30pm, with removal to St. Michael’s Church, Mullinahone, Thurles at 7.30pm.
Requiem Mass will take place on Saturday, February 15th, at 12:00 noon, followed by interment in St. Michael’s Cemetery, Killaghy, Mullinahone, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Death Of Mary Ryan, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with a great personal sadness that I learned of the death, today Thursday 18th January 2024, of retired NT Mrs Mary Ryan (née Connolly), Glown, Upperchurch, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

The passing of Mrs Ryan is most deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving husband Con, their loving immediate family members Eileen, Thomas, John, Aengus, Cathal, Diarmaid, Mairead, Grainne and Niamh, brothers Paddy and John Joe, Con’s sister-in-law Mary, twelve adored grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Requiem Mass for Mrs Ryan will be celebrated on Sunday afternoon at 1:30pm, followed by interment in Upperchurch cemetery, Upperchurch, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Death Of Timmy Ryan, Formerly Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday, Wednesday 17th January 2024 of Mr Timothy (Timmy) Ryan (Ned), Kyle, Rossmore, Co. Tipperary and formerly of Drombane, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by his brothers Eugene, Michael and Joe; Mr Ryan passed away peacefully at his place of residence.

His passing is most deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving wife Anna, children Dermot, Anne (Tobin), Kevin and Owen, his sister Anne (English), son-in-law Jim, daughters-in-law Martina and Celine, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, extended relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Requiem Mass for Mr Ryan will be celebrated on Saturday morning, January 20th at 11:30am, followed by interment in the adjoining graveyard.
