It was with a great sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday Monday 22nd August 2022, of Mrs Nelly (Ellen) Carmody (née Maher), Churchill, (Chapeltown), Fenit, Co. Kerry; Tralee, Co. Kerry and formerly of Clonoulty, Co. Tipperary.
Pre-deceased by her sisters Sr. Margaret (Peggy) and Kitty (McEnaney); Mrs Carmody passed away peacefully.
Her passing is most deeply regretted by her husband Bert, children Brendan and Linda, brothers Paddy, Mick and Tom, sisters Mary (Butler), Bridget (O’Gorman) and Joan (Kinnane), grandchildren Meah, Ava-Mai, Edith, Seth and Sadie, son-in-law Ronan, daughters-in-law Niamh and Tracy, nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Mrs Carmody will repose at the Gleasure Funeral Home, Matt Talbot Rd, Balloonagh, Tralee, on Thursday evening next, August 25th, from 6:00pm until 8:00pm.
Her body will be received into the Church of the Purification, Churchill on Friday morning at 11.30am to further repose for Requiem Mass at 12:00 noon, followed by interment immediately afterwards in Réalt na Mara Cemetery, Churchill, Tralee, Co. Kerry.
