It was with a great sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday, Thursday 16th June 2022, of Mrs Marie Brett (née Cusack), Oakfield House, Mullinahone, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and formerly of Killymeehan, Stradone, Co. Cavan.
Pre-deceased by her loving husband Paddy, infant daughter, daughter-in-law Nina, brother John and parents Henrietta and Eugene Cusack; Mrs Brett passed away peacefully, following a long illness gracefully borne and while in the loving care of her daughter Mary Elizabeth, son-in-law TJ, grandsons Nathan and Louis and surrounded by her family.
Her passing is most deeply regretted by her immediately family; Edmond, Eugene, PJ and Mary Elizabeth, her grandchildren Eoghan, Katie, Nathan, Louis, Mark and Christopher, sisters Kay, Greta and Vera, brothers Tommy and Michael, son-in-law TJ, daughter-in-law Jennifer, nieces, nephews, extended relatives neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Mrs Brett will repose at her home, Oakfield House, Mullinahone, Thurles on Friday evening, June 17th, from 5:00pm, with prayers at 7:00pm.
Her body will be received into the Church of St. Michael, Mullinahone, Thurles to further repose for Requiem Mass at 11:30am on Saturday June 18th, followed by interment immediately afterwards in nearby St. Michael’s Cemetery, Killaghy, Mullinahone, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
