Picture: Delighted Thurles Sarsfields supporters watching on as Hurling Captain David Bourke is about to receive the Killeedy GAA Junior B Perpetual Cup from former president of the GAA and member of the European Parliament for Ireland South, since 2009, Mr Seán Kelly.
Congratulations to Thurles Sarfields who secured the All-Ireland Junior B hurling title, this afternoon, defeating Galway’s Kilnadeema-Leitrim, on a score line of 2-11 (17 pts) to 1-13 (16 pts).
The crucial goals were scored by Pa Crone and Seamie Doyle.
