It was with great sadness we learned of the death today, Tuesday 26th December 2017, of Br. Patrick Hennessy, ‘Miguel House’, Castletown, Co. Laois and formerly of Whitefield, Loughmore, Templemore, Co.Tipperary.
Predeceased by his brothers James, John and Thomas, sisters Mary, Kathleen and Patricia; Br. Hennessy (De La Salle Brothers) passed away peacefully in ‘Miguel House’, Castletown, Portlaoise, Co.Laois.
His passing is most deeply regretted by his nephews; nieces; extended relatives; friends; his confrères in the Christian Brothers, and by the community and staff of Miguel House.
Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Br. Hennessy will repose in ‘Miguel House’ on Thursday evening, December 28th. from 7.00pm.
Funeral Mass will take place on Friday morning, December 29th, in the Church of The Nativity of Our Lady, Loughmore, Templemore, Co. Tipperary at 11.30am, followed by interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
