It is with sadness we learned of the death today, Sunday, 16th October 2016, of Mrs Margaret (Peggy) Buckley (née Cullen), Kickham Street, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Mrs Buckley passed away while in the loving care of the Matron, Nurses and Staff of Padre Pio Nursing Home, Holycross, Co Tipperary and Milford Hospice Palliative Care Nurses.
Pre-deceased by her loving husband Larry, the passing of Mrs Buckley is most deeply regretted by her loving sons Oliver, Larry, Jimmy and Paddy; grandchildren Susan and Joanne; great-grandchildren Shannon and Patrick; sister Nellie; brothers Johnny and Charlie; sister-in-law Bridie; brother-in-law Jimmy; nieces; nephews; extended family; neighbours and many friends.
Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mrs Buckley will repose at Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles, on Monday 17th October from 5.00pm to 7.00pm, before arriving at the Cathedral of the Assumption, Thurles, at 7.30pm.
Requiem Mass will be held on Tuesday 18th October at 11.00am followed by burial afterwards in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Moyne Road, Thurles, Co Tipperary.
