Death Of Phyllis Stapleton, Templemore, Co. Tipperary.

It was with a great sadness that we learned of the death today, Tuesday, 7th June, 2022, of Mrs Phyllis Stapleton (née McNamara), Greenfields, Kiltillane, Templemore, Co. Tipperary and late of Curragunneen, Roscrea, Co. Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by her parents Martin and Winifred and recently by her much loved husband Mattie; Mrs Stapleton passed away peacefully, while in the care of staff of Milford Care Centre.

Her passing is most deeply regretted by her loving family; daughter Lorraine, sons Michael and Matthew, daughter-in-law Suzanne, son-in-law John, grandchildren Billy, Ian, Bodien, Jack, Julian, Mathilde and Louie, her great-grandson Casey, her sisters Marie, Una and Eileen, brothers PJ, Ollie, Frank and Brendan, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Funeral Arrangements.

The earthly remains of Mrs Stapleton will lie in repose at her place of residence, Greenfields, Kiltillane, Templemore, Co. Tipperary on Thursday evening, June 9th, from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.

Her body will be received into the Church of the Sacred Heart, Templemore, Co. Tipperary, on Friday morning, June 9th, to further repose for Requiem Mass at 12:00 noon.
Following Mass interment will take place immediately afterwards in Curragunneen Cemetery, Roscrea, Co. Tipperary.

[NB: Due to C-19 virus fears; those attending will continue to observe strict adherence to social distancing, face covering, with no hand shaking.]

For the many persons who would have liked to have attended the funeral service for Mrs Stapleton, but due to distance or ill health are unable to do so, same can be viewed online HERE.
