Death Of Eileen Moloney, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, today Monday 8th February 2021, of Mrs Eileen Moloney (née Walsh), Abbey Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Predeceased by her husband Tom, daughter-in-law Ann, brothers and sisters; Mrs Moloney passed away peacefully, following a short illness while in the care of staff at South Tipperary Regional Hospital, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.

Her passing is most deeply regretted by her loving family; sons John, Tom, Phil and Jim, daughters Eileen, Nora and Ann, grandchildren, great-grandchild, daughters-in-law Martine, Marcella and Mary, sons-in-law Joe and John, nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Funeral Arrangements.

The funeral cortège, bearing the earthly remains of Mrs Moloney, will leave her place of residence on Tuesday morning, February 9th, at 10:15am, to be received into the Cathedral of the Assumption, Cathedral Street, Thurles, at 10:30am, to repose for Requiem Mass at 11:00am.
Interment will follow immediately afterwards in St Patrick’s Cemetery, Moyne Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

For the many persons who would have liked to have attended Requiem Mass for Mrs Moloney, but are unable to do so, due to the current coronavirus pandemic; same funeral service can be viewed online HERE.

[NB: Due to National Public Health Guidelines, regarding Covid-19 virus restrictions; those attending (limited to 10 family members), will continue to observe strict adherence to social distancing and face covering.]
