Two Jack Russell pups were seized by Gardaì, after they stopped a motor vehicle on Jimmy Doyle Road, North of Thurles town, on Wednesday last.
The driver, when questioned, could give no logical explanation or provide any documentation in relation to the pups, so they were seized.
Ben and Kev, as Gardaí have named them, are now currently in care.
