It was with sadness we learned of the death today, Friday 16th December 2016, of Mrs Helen Scanlon (née Bourke), Kennedy Park, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Predeceased by her husband Jim and following a short illness, Mrs Scanlon passed away, most deeply regretted by her loving son Paddy; daughter-in-law Mary; sister Maureen; brother Des; sisters-in-law; nieces; nephews; neighbours and many friends.
Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mrs Scanlon will repose at Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary on tomorrow, Saturday, 17th December, from 6.00pm to 8.00pm, to arrive at the Cathedral of The Assumption, Thurles, at 8.30pm.
Requiem Mass will take place on Sunday, 18th December, at 12.00 noon, followed by burial afterwards in St Patrick’s Cemetery, Moyne Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
