Homemade Soup of the Evening.
Warm Salad of Oak Smoked Chicken and Chorizo Sausage, with Rocket and Mustard, Crisp Straw Potatoes, Garlic Croutons.
Grilled Terrine of Seafood, with Poached Leeks and Sun Blushed Tomatoes, Dill and Honey Dressing.

Baked Fillet of Atlantic Salmon, with Poached Fennel bulb, Spinach and Cress, Tarragon and Tomato Beurre Blanc.
