Covid-19 Update: Fri. 12th June 2020 – 3 Death – 13 New Cases

The total number of Covid-19 virus cases confirmed here in Co. Tipperary; as of midnight on Wednesday, June 10th, is 541, with 0 new cases identified over a 24 hour period.

The Department of Health has confirmed this evening that a further 3 persons has sadly passed away as a result of the virus here in the Republic of Ireland, over the past 24 hours. These latest figures leave the total number of deaths caused by this pandemic currently at 1,705.

This evening, it has also been confirmed that an additional 13 new cases of the virus have been identified, bringing the total since conception, here in the Republic of Ireland, to 25,250.

Overall there are currently 28 people remaining in ICU’s and 83 people in hospital beds with Covid-19 virus.

Dublin has the highest number of cases at 12,172 (48% of all cases), followed by Cork with 1,533 cases (6%) and Kildare with 1,426 cases (6%).
