It is with sadness that we learned of the death today, Tuesday 21st April 2020, of Mr Albert Shanahan, Slievenamon Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Predeceased by his beloved wife Trudy, Mr Shanahan passed away peacefully, while in the care of staff of St. Patrick’s Hospital, Cashel.
His passing is most deeply regretted by his daughter Brenda; son John; grandchildren; cousin Delia (Palmer); extended relatives; neighbours and friends.
Requiescat in Pace.
Funeral Arrangements
In accordance with government guidelines with regard to the current Covid-19 pandemic and public gatherings; the funeral of Mr Shanahan will take place in a private family only setting on Thursday morning next, April 23rd, at 11:00am in the Cathedral of the Assumption, Cathedral Street, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
