It was with sadness that we learned of the death yesterday, Friday 17th April 2020, of Mrs Celia Griffin (née Greene), Rathculbin, Kells, Co. Kilkenny; Callan, Co. Kilkenny and formerly of Mullinahone, Thurles Co. Tipperary.
Mrs Griffin, passed away peacefully while in the care of staff at Strathmore Lodge Nursing Home, Callan, Co. Kilkenny.
Her passing is most deeply regretted by her loving husband Michael; sister-in-law Kathleen; nieces; nephews; grandnieces; grandnephews; extended relatives; neighbours and friends.
Requiescat in Pace.
Funeral Arrangements
In accordance with government guidelines with regard to the current Covid-19 pandemic and public gatherings; the funeral of Mrs Griffin will take place in a private, family only, setting.
A memorial Mass to celebrate the life of Mrs Griffin will take place at a later date.
