It was with sadness we learned of the death yesterday, Wednesday 9th October 2019, of Mrs Josephine O’Brien (née Ryan), Ballyogan, Culleens, Co. Sligo and late of Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Mrs O’Brien passed away peacefully while in the care of St. Joseph’s Hospital, Ballina.
Her passing is most deeply regretted by her loving husband Tady; sons John (Parke), Pete, and Thady; daughter Angela (Kearins); daughter-in-law Carmel; son-in-law David; grandchildren Adam, Ronan, Lucy, Anastasia and Bethany, extended relatives; neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mrs O’Brien will lie in repose at Mc Gowan’s Funeral Home, Emmet St, Abbeyhalfquarter, Ballina on tomorrow evening Friday, October 11th, from 5:00pm with removal at 7:15pm to the Church of the Holy Family, Kilglass, Ballure, Co. Sligo, to arrive at 8:00m.
Requiem Mass will be held on Saturday October 12th at 12:00 noon, followed by interment immediately afterwards in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Kilglass, Co. Sligo.
