It is with sadness that we learned of the death today, Sunday 2nd June 2019, of Mrs Bridget (Biddie) Purcell (née Moore), Kennedy Park, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and formerly Ballyerk, Two-Mile-Borris, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Predeceased by her husband Philip, daughter Mary and son in law Pat; Mrs Purcell passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family; while in the wonderful care of the Staff of St. Theresa’s Nursing Home, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Her passing is most deeply regretted by her son Billy; daughters Bridget (Delaney, Killarney) and Kathleen (Sinnott, Raheen, Co Laois); grandchildren; great-grandchildren; brother John; daughter in law Helen; son in law Pat; nephews; nieces; sister in law Margaret; extended relatives; neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mrs Purcell will lie in repose at Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary on Tuesday 4th June from 5.30pm to 7.30pm, to arrive at the Church of St. Joseph & St. Brigid, Bothar-na-Naomh, Thurles at 8.15pm.
Requiem Mass will take place on Wednesday 5th June at 10.00am, followed by interment immediately afterwards in Two-Mile-Borris cemetery, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
