It is with great sadness we learned of the death today, Thursday 12th October 2017, of Mrs Mary Hayes (née O’Dwyer), Glenreigh, Holycross, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Mrs Hayes passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, in the wonderful care of the Matron and Staff of Padre Pio Nursing Home, Holycross, Thurles.
Her passing is most deeply regretted by her loving husband Jim; daughters Jane, Helena and Marie; grandchildren; sisters Bridie (Long) and Nellie (Fogarty); brothers Philip and Michael; sons-in-law Brendan Harrington; Ollie Cahill; Sean Flanagan; sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law; nieces; nephews; extended relatives; neighbours and many good friends.
Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mrs Hayes will repose at Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles, on tomorrow evening, Friday 13th October, from 6.00pm to 8.00pm, to arrive at Holycross Abbey at 8.45pm.
Requiem Mass will be held on Saturday morning, October 14th, at 11.30am, followed by interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
