It was with great sadness we learned of the death on Tuesday, 4th July 2017, of Mrs Mary Shanahan (née Bourke), Shanballyduff, Drombane, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Predeceased by her husband James; the passing of Mrs Shanahan is most deeply regretted by her loving family Sr. Mary [Franciscan Missionaries of Mary, (FMM)], Liam, Sadie, Philomena, John, James and Philip; son-in-law Mark; daughters-in-law Geraldine; Ann and Sarah; grandchildren; brother Phil; nephews; nieces; extended relatives and friends.
Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mrs Shanahan will repose at O’Dwyer’s Funeral Home, Upperchurch, Thurles, this evening, Thursday, July 6th, from 6.00pm with removal at 8.00pm to St. Mary’s Church, Drombane.
Requiem Mass will be held on Friday at 11.30am, followed by interment immediately afterwards in Upperchurch Cemetery.
