It was with great sadness we learned of the death today, Monday 3rd July 2017, of Mrs Kathleen Norton (née O’Brien), Glengoole Village, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and formerly of Drumkeen, Claremorris, Co. Mayo.
Predeceased by her sisters Margaret and Eileen, and her sister-in-law Alice; Mrs Norton passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, while in the wonderful care of the Nurses and Staff of Marymount Hospice, Curraheen, Co. Cork.
Beloved wife of Mr Thomas Justin Norton the passing of Mrs Norton is most sadly missed by her and loving family Edward, Justin, Ann Marie and Alan; and is most deeply regretted by her grandchildren; brothers Michael and Liam; sister-in-law Peggy; daughters-in-law; nieces; nephews; extended relatives and friends.
Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mrs Norton will repose at Egan’s Funeral Home, Lognafulla, Thurles, tomorrow Tuesday, 4th July 2017, from 5.00pm to 7.00pm, to arrive at the Church of St. Patrick and St. Oliver, Glengoole, Thurles on Wednesday, 5th July 2017, at 11.15am.
Requiem Mass will take place on Wednesday at 11.30am, followed by interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
