It was with great sadness we learned of the death yesterday, May 8th, 2017, of Mr Martin McCarthy, No.1 St. Brigid’s Terrace, Littleton, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Mr McCarthy passed away while in the wonderful care of the Palliative Care Unit at Thurles Community Hospital of the Assumption.
His passing will be sadly missed by his loving wife Norma; daughter Noelle; son Eolan; grandchild Eadaoin; and daughter-in-law Fleur; brothers Jimmy, Tom and John; sisters Kathleen and Peggy; sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law; nieces; nephews; cousins; extended relatives and friends.
Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mr McCarthy will repose in Kennedy’s Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary on Wednesday evening from 4.30pm to 7.30pm, to arrive in the Church of Our Lady and St. Kevin, Littleton, Thurles (via Ballymoreen) at 8.00pm.
Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday next at 11.30am, followed by interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
