Death Of John Browne, Kennedy Park, Thurles

It was with great sadness we learned of the death yesterday, Sunday 30th April 2017, of Mr John Browne, Kennedy Park, Thurles, Co. Tipperary; and formerly of Stuke, Rossmore, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Mr Browne passed away after a short illness, while in his 87th year.

Predeceased by his brothers Patrick (Killarney); William (Gortahoola, Drombane); brothers-in-law James Corbett and Denis Coman; and nephew Seamus Corbett; the passing of Mr Browne is most deeply regretted by his brothers James and Michael; sisters Betty, Eileen and Bridie; nephews; nieces; grand nephews; grand nieces; great grand nephews; great grand nieces; extended relatives; neighbours; former Irish Rail colleagues and many friends.

Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mr Browne will repose at Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles, on Wednesday 3rd May from 5.00pm to 8.00pm, to arrive at Rossmore Church, Rossmore, Coolanga Upper, Co. Tipperary, on Thursday 4th May at 11.00am.

Requiem Mass will be held on Thursday at 11.30am, followed by interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
