It was with sadness we learned of the death yesterday, Wednesday 16th November 2016, of Mrs Eileen Kennedy (née Treacy), Slievenamon Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and formerly of Stradavoher, Thurles, Co. Tipperary
Mrs Kennedy passed away peacefully, while in the care of the Staff at South Tipperary General Hospital, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.
Her passing is most deeply regretted by her loving husband, of 55 years, Seamus; daughters Eleanor (Gilman); Gayl and Michelle (Hever); sons-in-law Donal and Ronan; grandchildren Sinéad, James and Clodagh; sister-in-law Rita; brother-in-law Paddy; nieces; nephews; extended relatives and a wide circle of friends.
Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mrs Kennedy will repose at Kennedy’s Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Thurles, on tomorrow Thursday from 5.00pm to 7.00pm, to arrive at the Cathedral of The Assumption on Friday morning at 10.15am.
Funeral Mass will be held at 11.00am, followed by burial immediately afterwards in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Moyne Road, Thurles.
