It is with sadness we learned of the death today, Tuesday 4th October 2016, of Mrs Margaret (Peggy) Ryan, Holycross, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Beloved wife of the late Mr Martin Ryan of Holycross, Thurles; Mrs Ryan passed away peacefully, most deeply regretted by her daughters Mary, Phil, Carmel, Ger, Martina and her ‘sixth daughter’, Ann; sister Marie; grandchildren Suzie, Lisa, Louise, Aidan, Rachel and Liam; her great grandchildren Layla and Ben; also Mark, Jens, Richard, Paul and Keith.
[Heart felt thanks has also been expressed to the wonderful Staff of Simpsons Hospital, Ballinteer Road, Dundrum, Dublin, who took such good care of Mrs Ryan, “We are forever grateful to you”.]
Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mrs Ryan will arrive at Holycross Abbey on Thursday, October 6th, for Requiem Mass which will be held at 11.30am; once again to be reunited with her beloved Martin, missed for so long.
In accordance with her wishes, the funeral of Mrs Ryan will remain one of family only, with friends remaining united in spirit, as she is laid to rest.
Note: Family flowers only please, however a small donation, if desired, to the charity ALONE would be appreciated in lieu, to remember all elderly persons who remain on their own towards the end of their lives.
