It was with great personal sadness I report the death, today Monday March 7th 2016, of Mr Maurice Leahy, Rathmanna, Thurles and formerly of Killinan, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
A man greatly skilled in the art of compromise and diplomacy; Mr Leahy passed away suddenly, most deeply regretted by his loving partner Annette, her children Gary, Shane, Cathy and Brian, brothers Seamus, Sean, Nessan, Michael and Padraigh, sisters Marianne, Siobhan, Brid and Ann, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mr Leahy will repose at Annette’s residence, Dun na Ri, Two Mile Borris, Thurles on Friday 11th of March, from 4:00pm to 8:00pm to arrive at St James’ Church, Two Mile Borris, Thurles on Saturday 12th at 11:00am.
Requiem Mass will be held at 11:30am, with burial immediately afterwards in St Patrick’s Cemetery, Moyne Rd, Thurles, Co.Tipperary.
Note: House private on Saturday please.
