It was with sadness we learned of the death, on Sunday 29th November 2015, of Sr. Mary Emmanuel of the Order; ‘Faithful Companions of Jesus’ (FCJ) (Sarah Dwyer), Maryville FCJ Residence, Laurel Hill, South Circular Road, Limerick and formerly of Ballinure, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
The passing of Sr. Mary Emmanuel, peacefully in her 101st year, is most deeply regretted by her FCJ Sisters, her beloved sister Peggy (Maloney), nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, relatives and many friends.
Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Sr. Mary Emmanuel will repose at her Maryville FCJ residence on today Tuesday December 1st. from 4:00pm, with prayers at 6:00pm.
Requiem Mass will take place at St. Joseph’s Church, O’Connell Avenue, Limerick at 11:30am on tomorrow Wednesday December 2nd. followed by burial afterwards at the FCJ Cemetery, Laurel Hill, Limerick.
