Shannon Development has recently announced it is pressing ahead with a major expansion for the Tipperary Technology Park in Thurles.
Work on a new 2,230 sq/m two-storey office building at Tipperary Technology Park is scheduled to get under way before the end of the year.
The state agency has developed a ‘knowledge network’ of five business parks around the Shannon Region. The Tipperary Technology Park currently provides a range of business start-up and expansion units, with office suites. Shannon Development has to date invested €3.8m in developing this facility which opened in 2000.
